1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the personal betting account registered by the User on the bejo33 platform.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any stake placed by the User on a game, sporting event, or other betting market offered by bejo33.
• "Bonus" means promotional credits, free bets, or other incentives granted to the User, subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "Deposit" means any transfer of funds from the User into their bejo33 Account via approved payment methods.
• "Withdrawal" means any transfer of funds from the User's bejo33 Account to the User's designated bank account or e-wallet.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures required to confirm the User's identity, age, and address.
• "RTP" means Return to Player, the theoretical percentage of wagered money a game returns to players over time.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Residency Requirements

You must meet the following eligibility criteria to register and use bejo33 services:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. Online gambling is restricted to adults only.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia or another jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by law.
• You must be legally capable of entering into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You are not currently self-excluded from gambling services or listed on any gambling prohibition register.

2.2 Account Registration Process

To create an Account, you must provide accurate and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and residential address. You agree to:

• Provide truthful and up-to-date information during registration and maintain the accuracy of your Account details.
• Register only one Account per person. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in closure of all accounts and forfeiture of funds.
• Keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential and secure. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your Account.
• Notify bejo33 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

bejo33 is committed to preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. We reserve the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to:

• Government-issued photo identification (KTP, passport, or driver's license)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last three months)
• Payment method verification (photo of credit/debit card, bank account statement, or e-wallet screenshot)

Failure to provide requested documents within 30 days may result in Account suspension and withdrawal restrictions. First-time withdrawals exceeding Rp 10,000,000 will automatically trigger KYC verification.

3. Deposits and Account Funding

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bejo33 accepts deposits via the following payment methods approved for the Indonesian market:

• Bank Transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and other major Indonesian banks.
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja.
• Additional payment methods may be added or removed at our discretion without prior notice.

3.2 Deposit Limits and Processing

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method: Rp 20,000 for e-wallets, Rp 50,000 for bank transfers. Maximum deposit limits are set at Rp 50,000,000 per transaction for most methods. Deposits are typically processed instantly, though bank transfers may take 1-5 minutes during high-traffic periods or outside banking hours. bejo33 does not charge deposit fees; however, your financial institution may impose transaction charges.

3.3 Source of Funds

All deposits must originate from legitimate sources. You warrant that:

• All deposited funds are your own property and not derived from illegal activities.
• You are not depositing funds on behalf of third parties.
• You are not using bejo33 for money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal purpose.

We reserve the right to investigate any suspicious deposits and may request additional documentation to verify the source of funds.

4. Withdrawals

4.1 Withdrawal Process

Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposits whenever possible. Withdrawal requests are processed within 1-24 hours, subject to verification requirements. First-time withdrawals and withdrawals exceeding Rp 10,000,000 require identity verification and may take up to 72 hours for security review.

4.2 Withdrawal Limits and Fees

Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000. Maximum withdrawal limits vary by payment method and account verification level. Standard accounts can withdraw up to Rp 50,000,000 per day; VIP accounts may request higher limits. bejo33 does not charge withdrawal fees for the first three withdrawals per month. Subsequent withdrawals may incur a 1% processing fee, capped at Rp 50,000.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

To comply with anti-money laundering regulations, you must wager deposited funds at least once (1x turnover) before requesting a withdrawal. Deposits that are immediately withdrawn without any wagering activity may be declined or subject to administrative fees. We reserve the right to withhold withdrawals pending investigation if suspicious activity is detected.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Terms

bejo33 offers various bonuses and promotions, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (typically 20x-40x) before they can be withdrawn as cash.
• Minimum Odds: Sports bets contributing to wagering requirements must meet minimum odds requirements (typically 1.50 or higher).
• Game Restrictions: Some games may contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute 10-20%.
• Expiration: Bonuses and their associated wagering requirements expire after a specified period (typically 14-30 days).
• Maximum Bet: While using bonus funds, maximum bet per round is typically limited to Rp 50,000-100,000.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

bejo33 reserves the right to confiscate bonuses and associated winnings if we determine that bonus terms have been violated or abused, including but not limited to:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times
• Exploiting software errors or loopholes to gain unfair advantage
• Engaging in arbitrage betting or hedging strategies to guarantee profit
• Colluding with other players or engaging in coordinated betting patterns

6. Betting Rules and Conduct

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets are final once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring that your bets are correct before placement. bejo33 reserves the right to void bets in cases of obvious error, including but not limited to incorrect odds, incorrect event information, or technical malfunctions. In the event of a dispute, bejo33's decision is final and binding.

6.2 Sports Betting Specific Rules

Sports bets are settled based on official results as declared by the relevant governing body. If an event is abandoned, postponed, or canceled, bets will generally be voided and stakes returned, unless otherwise specified in the market rules. Live in-play betting odds change rapidly; bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time your bet is confirmed, not at the time you clicked the bet button.

6.3 Casino and Slots Rules

All casino games and slots operate on certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems audited by independent testing agencies. Published RTP percentages are theoretical long-term values and do not guarantee any specific result in the short term. Game malfunction voids all pays and plays.

6.4 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Using automated betting software, bots, or scripts
• Exploiting software bugs or errors for financial gain
• Engaging in fraudulent, collusive, or criminal activity
• Harassing or abusing other users or staff members

Upon Account closure, any remaining balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned to you via your registered payment method after deduction of any outstanding fees or charges. bejo33 provides betting services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties regarding the availability, reliability, or accuracy of our services. Our total liability to you for any claims shall not exceed the amount of your Account balance at the time of the claim.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.
